Changes made on the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.
Product Return Conditions
For international orders only, the return and exchange process can be made provided that the shipping cost required for exchange and return packages is covered by the buyer.
If the product you purchased on our site is found to be faulty, you must contact us from the online support section on our page within 14 days at the latest from the date of delivery. Following this information, the faulty product you send us with the courier company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product error occurred due to customer use or if the product has been used within 14 days, the product will not be returned or exchanged. As per the terms of product return and replacement, the practices are essential in accordance with the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of the Consumer. The additional service fee (payment at the door, controlled cargo, etc.) will not be refunded, only the product price will be refunded.
Product Exchange Conditions

In order for the exchange process to take place, the product to be sent must not be deformed and must have an invoice and label.
When the buyer uses the right of withdrawal to the extent that damages the company's sales policy, the seller informs the contact information registered in the system and informs him that he has no right of withdrawal. He will lose his right of withdrawal for all orders he has given, regardless of whether this notification has been delivered after 14 working days.
